From what I’ve read thus far, this seems like a great book. But ordering the Kindle version (of this book and one more!) for my Kindle for Mac was a BIG MISTAKE. Can’t take notes, can’t highlight text, can’t create clippings…can’t do much of ANYthing except sit at your desk and read it onscreen. To get THESE features, I need to spend another $200-$300 for the portable Kindle. Sort of defeats the whole purpose of purchasing a reference book. And of course, NO REFUNDS on digital purchases.
You got me for $22 on this one, Amazon. May as well have flushed that money down the toilet. Going to Barnes & Noble to get my hard-copy version of this book…one I can actually USE. I COULD purchase it from Amazon and save $$$, but I’m so pissed at having been taken on this deal, that I’d rather give it to Barnes & Noble just because I feel so utterly CHEATED. Nuther costly lesson learned the hard way.

I’ve known these boys since they were tiny- I taught their sister in first grade. They are dedicated to improving other’s health and well being. You need to buy their book to see just how great you can be. They are ahead of their times in their thinking and their knowledge of body and mind is exceptional.

For more than 3 years I took part in Jade and Keoni’s ME workouts. I had never been in better shape. The two things I loved most about the classes were that they lasted only 30 minutes and they were outside (yes, even in 20 degree weather!) I hate indoor classes. Last summer I had to quit the classes and just never got back to them. I still walk 3 miles/3x a week. My cardio is fine but I have gained weight and my muscle tone has gone to pot! At 55 (female) I am longing to get back to the shape I was in before. I just received the new ME Diet book. I haven’t completed it yet but I am sure it is going to be filled with the right suggestions of food and exercise to best get my metabolism back in order. Jade and Keoni are awesome and I was so lucky to have had to the chance to train with them. My advice: find a certified ME trainer, read the book and you’ll change your life!

Can 30 Minute Workouts and eating 6 times a day really translate into you losing weight? Absolutely!!!
I have been using the program detailed in the book for the last nine months and have lost significant lbs, inches, and fat %!!
This intelligent approach to exercise and nutrition is super easy to learn, implement, and sustain!!
